Sorry, I don't do Estonian much. Would like to but
I am in Paide. I see a bicycle route number 21 going from here to Järva Madise.
Does anyone know this route? How can I get information about the roads, or good maps?

bicycle map, probably available in gas stations and book stores.
All the official routes have little blue direction signs on every intersection so technically you wont need a map if you start in right direction.

About the route from Paide to Järva Madise: 100% tarmac, pretty much flat, 31 km, mainly on the Paide Rakvere main road, only one left turn after Kihme. (you can continue to Tallinn via Vetla-Alavere-Raasiku etc ... After Albu official route turns left to gravel roads and heads to Aegviidu over Kõrvemaa)

edit: actually seems that im talking about some other route than 21. sorry.
