Maxxis Monorail
On kellelgi kogemust või muidu põhjendatud arvamusi? Kuidas veerevad/peavad?
Re: Maxxis Monorail
Sel aastal panin endale alla.
Veerevad hästi. Pidamine on kruusateel täitsa korralik. Märjal ja mudasemal teel jäävad natuke libedaks.
Asfaldil ei unda, kui siis natuke ja vaikselt.
Re: Maxxis Monorail
Alates Jõelähtme Rattamaratonist all ja olen täiesti rahul.

Õlu on ikkagi inimkonna suurim leiutis. Rattal pole ka viga, aga ratas voblaga...
...pole ikka see!

Re: Maxxis Monorail
Otepää maratonil jäid libedaks, muidu ok. Kui muda ei ole palju, siis hea rehv.

Kah abiks ja veel abiks.
Ja siis veel quote ühest foorumist
If you have a squize at last issue of Australian mountain bike magazine they had a review of the maxxis monorail and other cross country tires.. They got a score of: 9 out of 10; any way this is what they wrote ;
"Tread: this is a new tyre from maxxis with an open paddle-style tread for softer soils, braking and loose climbing."
"Braking: suited to softer soils and wet conditions, it offers excellent control, but lacks consistency in the dry."
"Rolling resistance: its light weight can help it wind up with speed, although the noise and rough feel on smooth hard surfaces translates to an average rolling tyre."
"Cornering: being very open across the outside helps bite deep and aids support when leaning over soft stuff. The knobs grip hard on hardpack"
"Verdict: Fresh new style tyre aimed at softer terrain"
All this was Quoted from: Australian Mountain Bike magazine, Feb/mar 2008 issue 82.

Üks mees: "Tapab tempo, mitte rada"
Kivipallur: "Tark teab, tugev teeb trenni!"
